- Vital signs need to be checked and recorded in the recording book every morning.
- Keep the eye on resident\'s conditions and assessing as needed, providing caring and advices.
- Make sure that all residents remained in high level hygine condition
- Record resident\'s conditions if any concerns.
- Report if any problems has occurred to the head nurse soon as possible.
- Prepare weekly medication.
- Purchase medications if needed from pharmacy.
- Checking up for clean and safe environment all around area and resident\'s rooms.
- Notify resident\'s conditions to their relative as what happened or any problem.
