Responsibilities:
Drive sale activities to achieve leasing office space
Acquire the new potential tenant partners by negotiating pricing and closing the deal
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partners for a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concepts
Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant and office building
Provide information about the property to prospective tenants and schedule showings of commercial space.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Bangkok Office market.
Identify companies seeking to relocate their office locations.
Assist companies with finding new locations.
Assist with updating stock in the Office Stock List, prepare the property list and fact-sheet for each proposed building
Manage the site visits for relocation options, site selection and the rental negotiations process for clients.
Finalize terms and rental deposit payments.
Maintain a client base of potential relocation clients.
Devise a cold-calling plan as necessary to generate new clients.
Be ready to respond to new enquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare the pipeline report
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality only, Age 28 - 35 years old
Good personality, service minded and pleasant appearance
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, real estate or another related field
Minimum 3 year' of experience in property field (retail space or office space)
Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal
