Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop and execute holistic brand and PR marketing strategies that communicate a compelling value proposition to customers
Develop and execute whole year marketing, media, PR and partnership plans to help achieve revenue goals for all countries
Work cross departmentally to develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across all channels including online, social media, influencers, offline marketing
Build and manage relationships and communities with key fashion influencers including media, editors, fashion bloggers, beauty bloggers, fashion brands and celebrities across all countries but also more specifically for Thailand
Coordinate and launch various offline events, pop-ups, partnerships and sponsorship to drive growth and brand awareness
Consistently think up creative ideas for social media campaigns that increase fan base and purchases
Ensure marketing strategy is properly localized and personal - articulate market nuances for team members who are not familiar with the market
Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure efficacy of spend.  Ensure timely reporting on marketing programs, campaigns and resources to key stakeholders
Qualifications
Thai national preferred or at least must be fluent in Thai
Masters degree preferred
5+ Years of Experience in marketing communications / PR preferred
Experience managing a team, preferable across different markets
Self-motivated, rigorous and excellence-oriented
Can work under pressure and tight timeline
Hands on with can-do attitude and very adaptable in the fast-pace environment
Fluent in speaking and written Thai and English
Communication, problem solving, multi-tasking
