Responsibilities for Part Manager(1 Position)
Managing the spare parts inventory and suggest stock orders
managing the stock control system so that effective record and analyze the movement of spare parts
Planning spare parts promotions based on After Sales service strategic time lines
Prepare monthly and annual sales plans and targets and evaluate all activities for department.
Preparing reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of expansion
Develop effective parts processes for both internal and external customers
Responsible for training and leading the Parts Department team and for reviewing team performance on a regular basis, according to dealership policy.
Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders
Being responsible for the spare parts claim policy.
Qualification
Thai nationality, age between 35-45 years old.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or any related field.
Experience minimum 5 years in spare part and stock management for automotive.
Strong leadership skills, confident with a mature personality, with interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Having excellent sales forecasting, prospecting, qualifications and selling skill.
Good command of written and spoken English as well as computer literate.
Good skill in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
