Job Description:
Develop project procurement plan and strategy to be in line with the overall project requirement
Ensure timely delivery of material/ services of required quality to the project within specified budgets
Must interact regularly with Engineering and Project departments to understand the technical and financial aspects of the project and to ensure identification of appropriate sources of material and services supply
Evaluate local and international suppliers for Sourcing of Materials required for the projects, Services, Capital Equipment's, Site Facilities required for completion of Projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor in Engineering or related field
Work experience at least 3 years in procurement and BOI with engineering / fabrication / EPC organization
Negotiations Skills and Resourcefulness
Good English communication
