Product Development (Innovation)Bangkok Bank

We are looking for a passionate, customer-centric individual to drive product development at Bangkok Bank. Product Development engages with customers, empathize them to understand market needs. On the other hand, PD is always on the lookout for market competition, and devises product strategy. PD works hand-in-hand with research and development team, and other internal/external stakeholders.
The products that PD manages may range from Bangkok Bank's own origination, to localization of startup/vendor's technological solution. PD is responsible for end-to-end product development journey and on-going product life cycle management.
Role & Responsibility
- Support business units (or product owners) to drive product and business development journey, as well as scale and automate the growth processes
- Utilizing modern innovation methodology i.e. lean startup process, design thinking, agile development, A/B testing etc. for the development
- Devise product strategy and product development roadmap
- Other support
- Support Ad Hoc Analysis and urgent requests from senior executives including preparation of presentation materials for conferences
- Support marketing, PR and other functions within Bangkok Bank for matters related to InnoHub
Requirements:
- Work Experiences or related Education in market research, customer research, product or service design, marketing, UX/UI, or other innovation methodologies
- Strong capability to empathize customers' needs, behavior, and experience
- Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and analysis
- Innovation enthusiasts with ability to think creatively and execute until completion
- Excellent communication and project management skill
- [Optional] Understanding of Programming Logic, or basic IT Infrastructure
