Responsibilities
Responsible for providing market-level technical support for local sourcing and global product developments
Supports technical efforts with the market-level and/or global team to identify, develop and support new products/services to support the local product portfolio
Applies knowledge of project management, chemistry, engineering and other related sciences that result in development of technically sound products that meet consumers' needs and support business priorities.
Participate to design product portfolio with Marketing to support the sustainable growth of business
Develop local relevant product (including product formula design, efficacy and safety evaluation) to complement core line products to meet regulatory requirement and customer needs.
Provide technical support to Thailand R&D/MKT as requested.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering ,Biology,Biochemistry,Pharmaceutics or related degree
At least 5 years experiences in Food Products category or product development in a technical role.
Strong communication in English.
Research /experimental methods including data analysis
Product development processes,principles and practices including the critical design and development phases of a project from development through delivery
Project management principle including planning organizing,monitoring and controlling technical activities
