Exeltis healthcare is looking for Product Specialist for the promotion of its large portfolio including proprietary products, high value, innovative products branded generics.

Position: Product Specialist 
Report to: Sales Manager
Area: Bangkok
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible to promote, foster and develop the level of awareness of Exeltis portfolio.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge that enables to engage in meaningful dialogs, build credibility and add value when calling on the healthcare providers
Execute marketing plan and strategy by using approved marketing materials and resources
Support the development of marketing tactics
Plan, organize and implement special events to support the promotional strategies and territory goals
Effective partnering with all responsible parties to achieve all initiatives in the timelines
Create effective call plans that efficiently maximize call objective and frequency.
Provide feedback on product performance, competition, marketing practices and customer satisfaction
Detect customer needs, trends of the market in order to improve marketing and tactics strategies
Keep professional good relation with customers, KOL
Operate strictly within the Corporate code of conduct and compliance guidelines
Some overnights can happen for congresses or sales meeting
Required qualifications :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Science or related
Valid driver's license
A minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience in hospital channel
Experience in OB/GYN specialty and in launching new, innovative products desired
Ability to adapt and succeed in a very competitive and dynamic market place
Customer focus, building positive and strong relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent communications skills, including written and verbal, required
Excellent organizational, planning skills required
Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
