Job description:
Makes Production planning and share with Supplier based on customer requirement
Monitors and controls progress status
Coordinates with suppliers
Maintain effective use of materials machineries and manpower
Answers delivery to Sales, controls PO Backlog and schedule is negotiable
Monitoring for packing capacity (coordinates packing process changing among supplier and Japan site)
Plans buffer stock and keeps monitoring for FG inventory
Manage production plan include SBR, ECO, NPI and sample to customers.
Manage of  strategic inventory
Manage of material purchasing to avoid the shortage.
Manage material purchasing to minimize the scrap cost of remaining inventory
 
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in related field
4-5 years or more experience in production planning in manufacturing business (Electronics) 
IT skills and can propose system and job improvements as well as operations. (Must have knowledge of Macro program)
Communicable in English (TOEIC is a must)
