Position:                  Production Supervisor
Location:                 Panthong, Chonburi
Salary Range:          Up to 50K 
Working Hours:         Mon - Fri ( 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM )
 
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the manager to oversee the production process to meet the production standard and supervise the production to perform well in accordance to department standard
Assist the manager in oversee the junior staff to ensure all of the production operation meet the EHS ( Environtment, Health and Safety) standard of the company
Assist the manager in analyze the production process to identify the production improvement method to maximize the production outcome
Being the coordinator between junior staff and higher manager and also with HR department in the topics relate to employee benefits
Generate the production report and submit to the manager
Key Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in production duty in optical lens or commercial used lens manufacturing with the experience as senior level at least 3 years
Able to work at the weekend or during night shift
Have a work experience in Muti-national company
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills
