Responsibilities
Oversees the development, establishing and maintaining and completion of business process and IT projects. Include ensuring that business and IT standards are upheld, directing the organization and scheduling of projects, and overseeing members of project teams to keep them on task. Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and within budget and scope for MTL's joint ventures.
Identify problems and opportunities across multiple departments within JV, perform requirements analysis and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Documenting and communicating the results of solutions exploring. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and solution findings. Effectively communicating business and IT insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
 
Qualifications
Master degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field, Actuarial or any related fields
At least 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development area
Working experience in Insurance or Banking business is preferable
Based in Thailand but have to travel to responsible country regularly
Skills in Analytic thinking , and Attention to details
Can work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
Proactive and Self-motivated, Responsible and strong Integrity and Good interpersonal skill
Good in English writing, communication and reporting skills
