Position: QC Assistant Manager
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Salary Range: Up to 50K
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible of all activities related to QC/ QA/ QMR in the company and manage the QC Department *Team members will handle hands on activities at production line (30 subordinates) Details
Provide the quality planning for process, product and develop about quality
Implement internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services meet customer expectations
Handle customer's complaint of quality issue
Monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality
Collect, compile and analyze relevant quality statistical data
Responsible for management review for Internal and External Audit
Implement procedures, systems, and standards of operation- Follow the company's quality policy (ISO9001/IATF16949)
All process for QMR (quality management representative)
Establish procedures and processes for sampling, recording and reporting of quality data
Prepare report and present to the QC General Manager for progress and improvement
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as QC in Automotive Industry
At least 2 years experience as QC Asstant Manager or Senior QC Staff
Have experience of managing at least 15 subordinates
English Skill OR Japanese Skill (*must be able to report to Japanese Manager both verbal and email)
Certificate of ISO9001 and IATF16949- Have experience of QMR and Audit
Have experience about CNC process/ Steel/ Heat treatment
