MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Being responsible for product development in area of Lubricant & Metal Working Fluid Products, create new formulas, and lead new product development starting form product concept, and manage the develop process in order to ensure that it meets customer expectation and fulfill their satisfaction.
Developing strategies of Product Development and Production in order to support to Sales Division.
Collaborating with customer and supplier to problem solving.
The ability to learn and execute according to policy, GMP, ISO, ERP and other applicable regulations is essential.
Updating documentation, including providing technical information support.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 25- 30 Years Old
Bachelor / Master of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material, Petrochemical or related field.
For a Bachelor Degree candidate, minimum 2 years' experience on R&D and product development in lubrication industry or related industries.
Having leadership skills with ability to lead, inspire, and engage teams through a collaborative approach.
Having ability to interact effectively with department, company or customer associates and experience in a team-oriented environment is required.
Able to work under pressure and business dynamic and ability to manage multiple priorities
Result-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices
Working conditions
Office Hour is 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
5 working days a week plus the last Saturday of every month
Office location: Head Office At Soi Udomsuk 34, Bangna, Bangkok
