Responsibilities:
Observes and performs all tasks and responsibilities stipulated in the work procedures and in the standards specific to the activities and the department.
Performs work and instructions assigned to temporarily or by delegation from the direct supervisor.
Observes all stipulations in the Collective Work Contract, the Rules of Internal Procedure, Norms for the Security, health related work and environment, according to applicable provisions, adapted during the general introductory training on work protection and all legal provisions.
Responsible to forecast and manage the Service delivery and Infrastructure Operations department budget.
Ensures that all the health and safety policies and procedures are followed and respected by the Service Delivery and Infrastructure Operations team.
Ensures a proper coordination during the audits that are in Service Delivery department's scope.
Provides the QCDSM reports and analyzes the points where improvement is needed and acts in order to find solutions.
Ensure good communication during crisis situations but also on day to day tasks and activities, informing base on the escalation matrix the following entities: Local IT, Support Team, Operations Teams, IT Engineering Teams, Global IT Service Delivery, etc.
Leads the handover of the operational activities from 2nd level to 1st level.
Ensures that a proper documentation is in place for all the system that the Service Delivery Team is offering support on.
Finds and Leads the Implementation for Improvement opportunities and innovation activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer engineering
7 years of experiences of IT delivery including IT Service Desk - High level of IT skills (broad knowledge).
Team Management - Manage team of multicultural staff in Asia in different locations.
IT Customer Service - Work with IT Manager and teams cross regional and multicultural.
High knowledge on implementation and follow of the ITIL Processes and Service Level Management
