- Retail management: store opening, retail opening, standardisation, new branch renovation, store guidelines standardisation .. etc - Trade: Sales support, sales team incentive program management, used car dealer campaign, company in house programs for employees ... etc
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 - 6 years of retail / trade marketing related experience.
Excellent knowledge in retail marketing field specialize in campaign related
Excellent knowledge in handling events, renovations and BTL related.
Effective communication with all parties ranging from top management to the ground such as sales and inspection head, area managers, retail managers and inspectors.
Solid problem-solving skills. Team player and Excellent Organizing Skills. Well verse in using Microsoft Words, Excels, Power Points and google related facilities.
Must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent written/spoken English.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia from time to time.
Strong analytical, problem solving and process oriented.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Strategic thinker with positive attitude, proactive and able to work under high pressure.
High personal and professional integrity. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to set clear guidelines and deadlines proven through prior work. Work well as team player.
Ability to lead a team.
Creative and innovative. Able to meet deadline. Excellent communication skills. Collaborative working style. Honest and trustworthy.
