Job Responsibility:
A Hotel Reservation Manager (OTAs Specialist) will lead the B2 Hotels Reservation Team in day to day running of the Reservation Department. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
 Manage and update room allotments via Online Travel Agents (OTAs) System such as Agoda.com, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.
 Conducting daily rate and audits to ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
 Manage telephone, fax and e-mail enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
 Understand seasonal and historical trends and work within them to ensure maximum occupancy and average room rates.
 Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
 Ensure Team Members are developed effectively, maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.
 Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate; and Reservations policies and procedures are followed to ensure Guest satisfaction.
 Assist in the recruiting, managing, training and developing of the Reservation team.
 Maintaining OTAs Relationship.
 Update and maintaining of content on OTAs and hotel website.
 Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.

วุฒิการศึกษา ไม่จํากัด Bachelor's' Degree or higher in any field.
ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
1. 3-5 years of work experience as a Front Office in hotel business or experience in managing hotel roo
2. Knowledge of the hotel property management systems.
3. Excellent communication, positive attitude with good organizational and administration skills.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
