Key responsibilities:
Develop & provide support for internal coordination to sales in respective area e.g. each business unit, region sales representative, etc.
Responsible for maintaining a high-level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.
Assist in sales executive matters e.g. create quotation, update sales report, open the job, invoicing, payment follow up, update test schedule.
Prospect and make cold calls for new customers.
Assist in developing and implementing sales visit schedule, sales meeting.
Co-ordinate with internal administrative and company's overseas offices.
Receive enquiries of routine medical services and prepare quotations.
Participation for continual development and implementation of the management system.
Any other duties assigned as the company deem appropriate.
Key requirement:
General Degree or experience in sales and customer service.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Experience 1 - 2 years in sales coordination or sales for product testing and/or certification is an advantage.
Mature and able to work independently.
Team player with strong technical and communication skills.
Service-oriented with fair command of spoken and written English
