Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost effective manner
Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization's staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed
Sources and develop a pipeline candidates against job requirements. Utilize networking and sourcing resources including: social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
Join in workforce planning, coordinate the recruitment plan across SEA
Coordinate with related parties for global recruitment order
Build and implement an effective campus/ university recruiting relations strategy (International Exchange Program, Internship Program) as required
Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans 
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree of higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding
Good command in English communication skills.(Business level)
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
