Responsibilities:
Managing parts of construction projects
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Supervising site staffs
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Creating and controlling construction plans
Coordinating with contractor, deliver project on timeline
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field
10 years of experience in Construction Management for commercial building, hotels, convenient store, etc.
Good command of English
Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on site
Able to utilize Auto Cad and other basic programs
Able to work upcountry is a must
