Key Responsibilities and Duties: 
Responsible for new brand acquisition for HIS & KP platform.
Ensure success of key vendors on HIS  & KP platform including driving Orders & Revenue and smooth operation.
Work closely with the merchandising team to fill assortment gaps and new potential vendors.
Work closely with cross functional teams for any relating topic to ensure success of onboarding new sellers to HIS & KP platform.
Building good relationships and trust with vendors to understand more about their business and their key success factors.
Able to advise vendors about promotional campaigns and product selections; give actionable customer feedback and relate customer needs to help vendors grow their businesses.
Manage communication channels with a group of vendors to ensure mutual understanding.
Meet target set by Head of Brand Development in terms of quantity and qualit y of new vendors recruited.
Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time. Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution.
