Degree
Our client is multinational Electronics Company providing electronics appliances to customers in different segments for over 50 years. Now they are looking for Finance & Account Executive (AR) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Check and post both sales invoices and purchase invoices into ERP system.
Prepare monthly sales and cost reconciliation.
Prepare the Daily exchange rate from BOT.
Prepare monthly inventory summary, inventory reconciliation.
Prepare details of balance sheet such as accrued income, accrued expenses, advance receive and advance payment account.
Perform monthly accrued income and cost including any adjustment.
Transfer undue input VAT to Input VAT (Purchase VAT) and prepare input VAT report.
Work closely with team and business unit to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing.
Working with external & internal auditors.
Other assignments as required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, majoring in accounting.
At least 3 years of working experiences in Accounting field.
Knowledge of SAP
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command in English both spoken and written.
