Senior HR/ GA Manager (120k +)
Our client is one of the world's leading Japanese manufacturer of fixed and configurable components for the manufacturing industry and has been present in Thailand for over 2 decades. The company has a 99.97% on-time deliver success ratio for delivery orders and has over 10,000 companies registered in Thailand itself. They are now urgently seeking a Sr. HR/ GA Manager based Rayong, Thailand.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR for Thailand, my client is looking for a confident, results driven and versatile individual with 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management within a manufacturing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for a full spectrum HR responsibility covering all HR pillars but has a special emphasis on change management, improving & developing policies, and procedures in line with the busines strategy and employee relations on site.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
Proven experience of at least 10 years in Human Resources (Factory environment)
Prior experience in Change Management, development of policies and procedures and employee relations
Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable institute
Exceptional Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills & Result oriented mindset
Excellent English & Thai communication skills
