Responsibilities:
General knowledge on new product development & cycle plan, program budget, program timing management.
General knowledge on product marketing in order to work with Marketing department in marketing material and other marketing activities.
Automotive market knowledge - Understand market demand on each sector of modification.
Customer focus and creative thinking.
Engineering and business combinations
Strategic approach in capturing business ventures.
Establish business models including planning of execution feasibility, opportunity and risk analysis and reporting.
Manage program deliverable, weekly meeting to follow up for program status to ensure department is delivering the correct specification, cost and quality targets.
Effective communicate all program activities, risk, etc. through the means of visual aids.

Monitor and track program and investment cost,Control Budget
Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer,Engineering, International business or related field.
more than 7 years of professional work experience in the field of Design Engineering ,Business Planning, Business Management, Product Strategy, Business proposals creation, Project financial, Product Planning and Program Management 
Good knowledge of the business, with understand of dynamics of the running a solution business. Creative thinking and ability to think outside the normal process and analytical skill to study all aspect of the product and generate to proposal.
