Job Description:
Support social media analytics
Pulling metrics for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others utilizing native platforms and social media aggregation tools
Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels 
Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaigns
Develop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of social media metrics reports
Must be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basis
Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimise results
Guide markets in content learnings, social media best practices, cross-market sharing 
Supports additional projects as requested
 
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of experience in a social media role preferred
Experience with social media analytics with good data visualisation skills
Knowledge of social media KPIs and all native platform analytic tools
Advantage to have experience conducting statistical analysis
