JOB DEFINITION: The Social Media and Communications Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LINE) of the school. The Social Media and Communications Coordinator works and collaborates with the Directors, Admissions, Communication and PR Department to ensure the creation of Social Media content with highest quality and creativity for school events and promotional/marketing purposes.
REPORTS TO: The Directors, and the Communication and PR Department
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Thai national: Male / Female age 25 years and above
Bachelor's Degree in any field with 2 - 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Content Writing, and other related fields.
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and basic photo and video editing is an added advantage but not required
Fluent in both spoken and written Thai, and has an excellent command in English.
Excellent Computer Skills, Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Email Suite.
Knowledge of Photography is a plus
Self-motivated, independent and available to work under under tight deadlines with changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and keep track of details
Able to work in a team and cooperate with all departments
Has produced high quality, professional and creative artwork; a portfolio for review is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (*)
Create and plan social media marketing content and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate potential families for the school.
Maintain a successful Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts for the school
Monitor use of Social Media platforms, including providing customer service through Facebook and Twitter.
Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions team
Work closely with the Production team and assist with photography and videography if necessary
Collaborate with teachers and HODs for promoting activities and school events
Create marketing and social media plans based on the school calendar
(*) Note: Other responsibilities may be added to this list as requested / needed by the school. The school reserves the right to re-appointment and /or reassignment of work, should the above responsibilities not be performed according to ASB standards.
