Key Accountabilities:
Create JBP product awareness to target audiences by communicating and educating target market in term of JBP total system solutions. Promote and specify JBP products & solutions in the design specification.
Monitor interior design trend, building code, law and work conjunction with strategic & Marketing division, technical support division, NPD to develop suitable JBP strategies and system solutions.
Implement seminars and activities with Architects to align team's strategy.
Develop and keep relationship with Architects.
Work in conjunction with marketing and product, technical support, NPD and sales team in order to create pull demand within commercial division. To be part of project tracking working group to monitor project movement and update progress.
Provide administrative support as assigned e.g. arrange and participate team meetings, produce reports of sales volume, presentation and briefs
Act as the point of contact and liaison between internal and external clients
Qualification & Academic Background:
Female age 25-year up
Bachelor degree in Architect, Civil Engineer, Marketing or related fields
Strong presentation and communication skills
Service mind with positive attitude
Knowledge and experience in construction materials
At least 2 years in product specification sales especially in Decorative Paint or Chemical Construction products will be advantage
Good English communication skills
Computer literacy
