 Job Purpose 
To improve/convert current manual to semi auto and Semi auto assembly process to be fully automated process. Automation engineer to design, program, simulate, test, validate automated machinery and processes. Automation engineers are responsible to create design specifications and other detailed documentation of the automation tool/Equipment. 
 Key Responsibilities
Studies current process ,break down work element and cycle time study and come up with improved process by utilize automation tool
Design the automation tools
Prepare tool design concept and propose to project team
Work with tooling shop supplier to fabricate automation tools per design requirements
Validate tool function and cycle time and corrections as needed
Education:                         Bachelor or master of M. Engineer
Experience:                       5-7 Years
Required Skill:                  Good command of English, Computer program skills. Competence in Design software which include: Labview, Solidworks, PLC, Ansys
Knowledge and skill in Automation and Robotic will be preferred.
Required Training:            GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, Pneumatic and automation hardware
