Store Manager / Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Shop Management:
1)         Daily sales management:
Apportioning shop sales target reasonably, planning Day/Week sales goals and following up till achieving, insuring sales target accomplishment with high quality and high efficiency
Designing sales games reasonably as per sales status and following up to implementation status
2)         Daily work management:
Managing shop display rationally
Managing shop daily routine including but not limited to: shop cleaning, fitting room management, cashiering, system operation etc.
(3)        Accomplishing entering sales data into system as company required, saving cash into specific bank account in time
(4)        Managing monthly stocktaking, insuring zero deviation
Staff Management:
1)         Implementing complete teaching and training plan for shop staff, with high efficiency
2)         Well know the status of staff, effectively motivate staff to reach sales target, and recruiting or conducting personnel change according to shop status
3)         Coordinating store scheduling
Product Management:
1)         Familiar with the shop inventory and materials, and giving feedback timely to the headquarters and making request
2)         Paying attention, following up inventory and product cycling, plan and achieve the clearance target
3)         Managing products in store, analyzing sales data, and updating the shop featured products in time
Others:
1)         Maintaining timely communication and reporting with China headquarters
2)         Obtaining all invoices issued by the mall on time every month and submitting to the headquarters as required
3)         Maintaining well communication with the mall staff
Requirements:
Have retail management experience,have managed at least one shop and supervise over at least 3 staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and coordination capacity,strong enforcement.
Love fashion and selling; open and with excellent sense of providing service; hard-working
Honest, responsible, no criminal record
Under 40 years old, able to accommodate retail working situation and time
Speaking Mandarin or English, candidates speaking Mandarin is prior (can read and write simply)
Working Location:  Bangplee, Samutprakan
Salary: 45,000-55,000 THB (Salary + comprehensice + performance) + commission
