Responsibilities:
Manage technical processes for a category by ensuring that products, services and information are consistently delivered to meet customer expectations
Manage supplier standard and performance
Monitor the safety and quality of products
Developing new products and improving the valued for money of existing products
Keeping up to date with industry developments through links with external groups
Ensuring legality and product complaint
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, Biotechology, Chemical Engineering or related
Experience of product research and development in various industries
GMP/HACCP, ISO9000, ISO22000, Lead Auditor, Ethics Trained (SA8000) preferred
Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, supplier and stakeholder management skills
Good command of English.
Knowledge/experience in quality system. Possesses commercial acumen
High energy, positive attitude, proactive, flexibility and effectiveness
Able to travel upon assignment
