Position:Thai Teacher
Department:Elementary and Secondary
Report to:Academic Principal
Responsibilities
Plan, create, prepare and teach Thai lessons to Thai and non-Thai, based on Thai language and culture curriculum, certified by MOE
Teach, manage and monitor in classroom
Grades paper and perform other administrative teaching-related duties if required 
Maintain and update grade books and grades on the school's system
Implement different teaching techniques that are appropriate in class 
Develop incentives to keep participants in class
Encourage students' passion for Thai language
Utilize various teaching and curriculum resources
Keep record of teaching materials, students' progress and outcomes in portfolios
Coordinate with the Head of Department to ensure the learning goals and objectives are met
Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's academic and overall improvement
Be responsible for children's welling and safety and manage their behaviors in a classroom
Participate in and assist with the school's activities and events
Be able to handle ad-hoc assignments
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, majored in Thai, Linguistic or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in teaching in Thai, experience in teaching Thai in an international school is preferred 
Teaching license is preferred
Child's protection and safety training is preferred
Good command of English
Passionate about teaching and education
Be able to maintain creativity and friendliness in inspiring children's learning and attention
Flexible and cooperative with school activities and events
Be patient and maintain positive thinking
Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
