Position:  VP Accounting and Finance (Financial Services/Leasing) 100-180K

Scope of Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reports for stockholders, taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to company finance
Prepare financial statements and analysis for whole of the company
Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
Review all vouchers and supporting details which are prepared by accounting operation
Review and lead the accounts payable, account receivable, collection, financial and Asset
Ensures accuracy of financial information by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Supervising investment and raising of funds for the business.
Overseeing annual and special project budgeting process.
Managing the capital request and budgeting process
Preparation of financial information for Board of Director
Supports the work of external auditors by providing timely accurate information and manages the timeline to complete audit in advance of the deadline.
Liaison with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisors
Perform other job-related functions and special projects as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
Age between 35-50 years
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting or any related field.
At least 4 years or more in related work experiences in Accounting and Finance in management level with Financial Services/Leasing/Banking companies.
CPA is preferred
Good command in English
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and discuss both strategy and analysis
Excellent computer skills on MS Excel or any related software.
Excellent management & leadership skills
