Due to ongoing success and expansion, Bangkok opportunity exists for the full time Valuer Manager to join our growing Valuations & Consultancy team in Bangkok. Working within a team that offers solid structure, vibrant culture & a fast paced team dynamic, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Valuer.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Undertaking valuations across a range of property types, for a range of purposes including market value asset valuations, insurance, first mortgage & compensation assessments.
Undertake financial analysis and cash flow modelling
Proactively focusing on achieving individual and team budget goals
Acting on behalf of clients to source and secure possible properties to purchase, along with advising on potential acquisitions
Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database
The successful candidate will have:
Thai Nationallity only
Minimum 2 years experience as a Valuer from Real Estate or Property Management companies is a must.
Passed CFA Level 1 is preferred
or, Be eligible member of the Thai Valuers Association (TVA) and the Valuers Association of Thailand (VAT) is preferred
Proven skills in Microsoft Office (excel is a must).
Excellent written & spoken English - all of our work is English language
