We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and collaborate with internal analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear planning, and on-time delivery.
This is a client-facing, consulting-style role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping businesses succeed
through collaboration and insight. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business consultant to deeply understand client pain points, goals, and requirements
Gather and analyze business needs, and work with internal analysts and delivery teams to translate them into actionable plans
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
Communicate with clients via LINE, email, and video conferencing; schedule and attend on-site client meetings as needed
Brief internal teams based on client requirements to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Define and manage timelines for deliverables, and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality output
Submit deliverables and proactively follow up on feedback to make necessary revisions aligned with client expectations
Lead and summarize meetings; take clear, accurate meeting notes for effective documentation and accountability
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and presentations
Qualifications:
Female, Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related fields
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability; able to turn ambiguous needs into structured plans
A "consulting mindset" - customer-centric, solution-driven, and able to see the big picture
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
Open to feedback, growth-oriented, and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working
Passionate about delivering a great client experience from start to finish
Familiarity with using modern productivity tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent to support content creation, analysis, and brainstorming is a must
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
Communicate clearly in Thai and English (strong English reading/writing is a plus)
