The Company is engaged in the business of providing services such as power plant maintenance services. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geumhwa PSC Co., Ltd., its ultimate parent, a company incorporated in South Korea.
The Company's registered office, which is also its principal place of business, is located at Brgy. Colon, Naga City, Cebu.
Urgent Hiring:
ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in the related field
CPA is preferable
Knowledgeable in accounting software
Knowledgeable in the latest accounting standards
Knowledgeable in tax laws
Proficient English communication skills
Experience working with Korean based employers is a plus, but not recommended
Willing to work in Naga, Cebu
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee functions which include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reports and preparation of tax-related documents
Coordinate the end of month closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met and information is presented in accordance with GAAP
Responsible for billing, financial reporting, tax reporting.
Collaborate with auditors during preliminary and year-end audit processes
Streamline financial processes to reduce redundancy
Application for tax treaty relief for certain service contracts
Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with contractual elongations to the principal
Application of permits related to customs
