PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing assistance to Accounting department to ensure that all accounting transactions are in accordance with the company's standard procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Received, checking & posting of various payables particularly on purchase order transaction such as:
1.1 All transport network Inc.
1.2 PREDD Insurance Agency
1.3 J.S Reyes Customs Brokerage
1.4 Duties & Taxes
1.5 2Go Group Inc.
1.6 MCC Transport
1.7 Jon Lacorte
1.8 United Auctioneers Inc.
1.9 SDL Enterprises
1.10 Closing of Prepayment
1.11 Contractors-Louie Lugtu
1.12 Various Cash Advances
1.13 One Hub
1.14 Employees Last Pay
2. Received and checking of RFP from Purchasing - Purchasing Order Transaction; various suppliers
3. Sending of copy f billing of such as 2GO to the respective business unit
4. Filing of Cheque voucher
5. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
>Graduate of any 4 year Accounting or any business related course
>Experience in the related field is an advantage but fresh graduates are encourage to apply
>With Knowledge on Accounting Systems
>Attention to detail; Can work with minimal supervision; Team Player; Can follow instructions accurately
>Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
