ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Job Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable using SAP system
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors 
Analyzing workflow processes 
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors 
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures 
Processing due invoices for payments 
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Process accounts receivable transactions using SAP system
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Manage collection efforts and associated functions
Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related Accounting/Business course
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge or background with SAP system is a plus
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have experience and familiarity on accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required 
Works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines 
Follow directions from a supervisor 
Understand and follow work rules and procedures 
Solution driven and team player
Flexible personality when working with customers, vendors and team members
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Can start immediately and must have
Average to High speed internet connection
Personal computer or Laptop for WORK FROM HOME set up
