Job Description
The Accounts Executive (AR/AP) is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring that all customer invoices are processed, recorded, and paid accurately and on time.
This role involves working closely with internal departments and external customers to resolve any discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support the overall financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews and posts sales invoices
- Reviews and posts receipts
- Prepares payments to suppliers
- Performs AR and Bank account reconciliation
- Assists in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Provides accounting support and handles assigned tasks upon request
- Prepare report of Sales VAT and withholding tax 30,36, 3,53,54 to Revenue Department
- Petty Cash
- Co-ordinate with external auditor
- General administrative works upon request

Requirement - CPD is required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field (preferred) - At least 4 years of working experience - Strong communication, coordination skills are required - Good command in English (preferred) - Knowledge and experience in SAGE 300 and Excel - Details oriented, good time management - Can do attitude *May require occasional overtime during month-end or year-end closing periods.
