Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for company records and documents.
- Enter and manage data in various systems, including customer databases and project management tools.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Assist with budget management and purchasing, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging logistics and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide human resources support, including assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering effective communication, supporting team members, and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all work.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology systems.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders.
Familiarity with human resources policies and practices is a plus.
