We are in need of:
AGRICULTURISTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any Agricultural Business related courses.
2. Knowledgeable in organic farming.
3. Must have the skills in community organizing and implementation of livelihood programs.
4. Supervisory or coordinating experience for at least 2 years in contract growing of cash crops or livestock production.
5. Male / Female
6. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
7. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;Google Drive, and other relevant apps].
8. Willingness to stay on project site as a Resident Agriculturist with free board & lodging is an advantage [as a Covid19 counter-measure; weekend home travel can be arranged]
9. Willing to be assigned or to travel in any Visayas - Northern Mindanao Project Areas [Negros, Leyte, CDO, Surigao, Bukidnon, Iligan]
10.Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
11.Pleasing Personality, Intelligent, Team-Player, Purpose Driven, and Exemplary Character
SALARY AND PERKS:
