Application Maintenance and Support Lead
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Technology in governing the code changes to ensure 24/7 availability of our ecosystem, in managing the backlog and in ensuring weekly delivery of the sprints. You will map user stories into an overall technical design including data security and integrity, and get buy-in from the leadership team on major changes. You and your team are in charge of enhancing and continuously improving our current cloud applications - this includes change request implementation, code and query optimizations, paying off technical debts and bug fixing.
Qualifications:
Technically competent on web application development specializing in Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions, diverse frameworks and technologies, tools, networks/system elements and design techniques
Proven to have designed technical solutions; anticipated, detected and solved issues on platforms and technologies
Promotes the value of efficiency, availability and securityof the production environment.
Expert in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the right Agile mindset.
Strong sense of commitment, excellent in execution and with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
