Job Descriptions:
Manage and maintain an effective application service, provide intelligence and analytics to optimize the performance
Ensuring the systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
Providing a high level of service and adhering to SLAs for response and restoration times
Investigate, analyze problem and troubleshoot system issue and coordinate with related team to solve issue
Responsible for implement and support applications
Supporting application deployment.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Required Minimum 2 years' experience in application support.
Problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership.
Good teamwork skills with an independent, proactive and positive attitude
Good understanding of coding languages
Knowledge of Unix, SQL, Shell Script
