Responsibility :
Lead the planning and implementation of application development project, develop full scale application development plan. 
•  Subcontractor management.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Angular, Node JS, JAVA, .Net C#, Java Script, React would be an advantage.
•  Defi ne application development tasks and resource requirements. 
•  Manage task and resource requirement, coordinate and give technical advice to team. 
•  Manage & control allocated resources. 
•  Responsible for communication, status reporting, risk management, escalation of risks & issues   that cannot be resolved in the team. 
•  Making sure the application is delivered in allocated resources, on schedule, and within scope.
•  Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Constantly monitor and report on progress of application development task to Project Manager.
•  Implement and manage change requirements and interventions to achieve outputs. 
•  Provide direction and support to application development team. 
•  Lead coach and motivate team member in proactive basis. 
•  Evaluate performance of team to ensure achievement of team goal and target 
Desired Skills and Experience / Qualification. 
•  Have skill set related to application development. 
•  Strong leadership, analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication skill. 
•  Telecommunication business knowledge. 
•  Ability to work with minimum supervision. 
•  Ability to deal with people from all level ranging from senior management to officer. 
•  Good attitude, problem-solving skill, and able to work under pressure. 
•  Good command of written and spoken English should be advantage. 
Qualifications :
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or IT related field.
Over 5 years of working experience in management team.
Good background and familiar with IT service industry.
Strong planning, timeline project skill.
Good command of English.
