Application Support/ Deployment Analyst (Banking| Up $6.5k)
The Opportunity

The Talent
Hand on experience on Java, UNIX, Shell scripting, Jetty
Hand on experience on RDBMS Oracle 9.x/10g/11g, PL/SQL and Control M.
Hand on experience on Docker EE, Kubernetes, Argo CD.
Exposure in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Master Deploy etc.
Exposure in Elastic search (KIBANA), Grafana
Exposure in data warehouse and business intelligence tool (Business Objects) is an advantage.
Exposure control M and ETL tool is an advantage.
The Job
Application deployment and level 1&2 support during SIT, UAT and production implementation for the core banking system of the bank for different regions.
Contribute to continuous improvement and improve DevOps tools.
Prepare and maintain installation instruction documents and technical procedures.
Follow UAT issues and enquiries from business users until their appropriate closure (incident communication, root cause analysis and permanent resolution).
Engagement with development teams on a regular basis. Appropriate escalation of critical queries.
Monitoring of batches to ensure that any incident is solved in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various contributors from support to production services for smooth roll-out of the application to different sites.
