Support and Trouble Shooting
• Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
• Perform work analysis and troubleshooting.
• Problem solving/solution and making corrections.
• Maintain technical and service support/ Co-operate/Communicate with all concerned parties
• Prepare user manual and technical manual.
System Implementation
• Install OS & Software & Peripheral
• Set up system parameters and enter set up data for system testing.
• Design Forms, procedures and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application
• Prepare user manual and technical manual.
Software Testing
• Function Test, System Test
• Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results
• Create the release information for new software patch before delivery to customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
2-5 years working experience in Application Support
Experience /knowledge with SQL, PL/SQL is preferred
Willing to work off working hours when need
Experience with retail & restaurant businesses is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work the day and night shift, Included Public Holiday (Working day 5 days per week)
Remote support by telephone, E-mail or Onsite support when the customer has incident case
Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
