QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4 year Course preferably Health Related
- With at least 4years Managerial position in Medical field
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- With strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- Analytical, team player and self-driven

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reaches monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Creates activity to promote and sell the company's product.
- Monitors team effort on appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients;
- Does due comparison on competitors' activity and products;
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional society conventions and exhibits.
- Creates demand and increase awareness by emphasizing the need for core products;
- Negotiates with the decision-makers;
- Prepares monthly reports, bidding documents and other contracts;
- Checks documents submitted by the BSE and do necessary evaluation;
- Builds a solid to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Mentors less experienced agents in performing their jobs as Business Sales Executive in the Medical Equipment Industry.
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
- Do tasks assigned by immediate superior that may be deemed necessary in achieving the target goal
