Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new spare parts supplier and seller by his network with focus in body parts and insurance suppliers.
Managing the supplier / seller service level and score card and have regular discussion with supplier / seller for improvement.
Set up the operation standard with seller/ suppliers and monitor the performance KPI.
Develop new business opportunities with Seller and suppliers in terms of insurance supplier chain.
Sourcing new suppliers and keeping a good relationship with regular customers.
Supplier Evaluation and Supplier service level improvement
Conduct purchasing activity (Negotiate/sourcing/pricing) and purchasing cost improvement.
Control all purchasing documents such as PO/ PR, and other necessary related documents.
Support integration and maintain of ERP system to improve on business process flow in the system to ensure controlled management of purchase.
Prepare report to support management and supervise subordinates.
Other related jobs will be assigned by management.
Qualification:
Female or Male, Age 30 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
Possess of experience in Purchasing, Procurement field (focus on Trade goods supplier consolidation)
Experience in Automotive, Automobile, Spare Parts procurement, or purchasing will be advantage.
Strong negotiation skill with experience in management level
Proven ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English and communication skills
Strong leadership abilities and initiative
Systematic thinking, strong analytic skill, and ability to manage long-term and short-term plan.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Computer literate in MS Office especially Excel (basic pivot formula), PowerPoints (presentation material)
