Our Client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their expanding team!
New headcount due to business expansion

The Talent
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA qualifications
With 5 to 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts
Experience in the Real Estate industry will be advantageous
Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
Candidates available immediately or within short notice preferred
The Job
Responsible for the full set of accounts
Prepare cash flow projections and monthly/quarterly reports
Assist in month-end closing processes
Manage GST submissions and all tax matters
Undertake adhoc administrative duties as assigned
