Job Description 
Lead, manage and develop a team of 5-10 people within R&D to deliver assigned projects 
Develop new concepts, prototypes, and solutions on new telecom/digital technologies 
Review related research literature and develop new ideas/innovations for the company 
Supervise and coach team members and manage the overall performance 
Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Sales in the communication of technical information, related to new product or solution 
Qualifications 
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineers, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications (or related fields) 
At least 5 years working experience in research or product design and development 
Knowledgeable in new technologies such as IoT, LTE, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, etc. 
Software coding skills are a plus. Such as C/C++, Java, Python, Matlab, R, etc.
