Call Center Academy (CCA) is the leader and pioneer in call center training, an accredited institution of TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), and a member of CEDF-IT (Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology), HIMOAP (Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines), and PSIA (Philippine Software Industry Association). Scholarship Qualifications: 
 
• Must be at least 3rd year college level or graduated any MEDICAL related course
• Must have knowledge in basic anatomy, medical terms, and medicine names
• Good problem solving, trouble shooting, and decision making skills
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute or higher (preferred)
• Average English communication skills
• No work experience required
• Willing to be trained
