BOOKKEEPER
 
Starting Salary Range: Negotiable at P12K to 15K
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sees to it that the Company’s financial records are updated and accurate at all times so that reports can  be generated promptly; 
Supervises three (3) accounting clerks in charge of inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Handles payroll preparation and other related tasks;
Meets government reportorial requirements, secures necessary permits/licenses and pays taxes before prescribed deadlines; 
Qualifications:
Graduated from a reputable institution with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy;
With excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills; 
Has minimum 2 years exposure to various aspects of accounting; 
Responsible, trustworthy and a good team player; 
Has a strong sense of time  management;
